I was referred to Dr. Moore for a root canal, and with someone who suffers from anxiety, this can be extremely terrifying. From the moment I walked in the office I felt very calm and greeted immediately. Everyone did an amazing job making you feel comfortable. They were very clear in their communications what I was to expect as well as working with my insurance to ensure I was paying only what was needed at the time of the visit. During my procedure, I asked them to talk to each other while working so I could concentrate and focus on being calm. They were more than accommodating, even making me laugh at one point. Hannah and Dr. Moore did everything they could to make sure that I felt safe comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone with anxiety of going to see a dentist. You will be very well taken care of.

I do not recommend this place. I visited in March and did not receive what I would consider good customer service. The front desk girl was not friendly. After my visit, I never received any follow up communication regarding my billing, or any outstanding balance. Then, yesterday, I received a text message stating that I had a past due invoice that was more than 90 days overdue and the account would be sent to collection company. It’s unacceptable is that this was the first notification I received about any unpaid balance. I never received an invoice by email, text, phone call, or mail, nor did anyone contact me to verify that I had received the bill before sending a collection warning. Today, I called their office and I was told that the billing had been sent in error due to a system issue and that it was sent to the wrong group of patients. While mistakes can happen, what was unacceptable was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology for the stress and confusion caused by sending a threatening collection notice, and no acknowledgment of how inappropriate it was to send such a message without first confirming that a balance was actually owed. Was referred here, and found Dr. Moore and his dental assistant/hygienist (in my case Olivia) to be fantastic. Dr. Moore has a great demeanor, is extremely professional, and technically savvy with endodontic equipment regular dental offices don't have. Felt extra reassured with his expertise. Kayla was very helpful and friendly as the receptionist, regarding insurance, payment, etc. Of my 32 at my age, I really wish that I'd learned not to love popcorn as a kid.

I recently broke my tooth and required a root canal. I have never in all my life experienced anything that caused such unbearable and unrelenting pain. Dr. Moore and his team at Wilmington Endodontics went above and beyond all expectations. They were able to find time to fit me into their busy schedule within 24 hours. The office staff is kind and professional. Dr. Moore himself is exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Less than 24 hours later, my pain level is more than 90% better. I would personally recommend Dr. Moore and his team at Wilmington Endodontics to anyone in need. Thank you Dr. Moore (And Team)!!!
